Meet Our Horses
"We also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope." -Romans 5:3-4
God created beauty, strength, and intelligence in the horse, a 1000-pound animal with all the power it needs to defy its master. Yet, as horses come to love and trust their handlers, they allow us to ride them, to give them guidance, and even to command them to face their fears. They become eager to please us. So it is with God when we learn to love and trust Him, and give Him the reins of our life. Through the horse, God has provided an illustration that can bring hope and healing to the most broken hearts.
